A message dated May 7, 2005, was read stating the Senate has passed                                 
CSHB 61(FIN) with the following amendment and it is transmitted for                                 
consideration:                                                                                      
                                                                                                    
    SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 61(L&C)                                                     
    "An Act relating to Calcutta pools and crane classics as authorized
